Do I need to buy a phone for every officer?
No. Officers sign in individually, so one device can be shared across a team and even across a single shift without losing per-officer traceability.
What if there is no mobile signal at the site?
The app records activity locally (offline mode) with exact GPS stamps and uploads everything automatically the second connectivity returns.
What hardware do the checkpoints need?
Whatever suits the site. QR codes are printable at zero cost. NFC tags and Bluetooth beacons are inexpensive and available through your partner. GPS needs no physical hardware at all.
